I definitely recommend it. This was our first time here, and we were greeted quickly and seated at a table by the window, no reservations required. The menu is extensive, with a variety of Asian dishes and a variety of sushi. I definitely recommend it for sushi lovers: the sushi is large, filled with juicy fillings, and delicious. 🍣 We were served quickly due to the large crowd.
We visited on February 14th for Valentine's Day, and received a nice rose as a gift.

Absolutely blown away by our experience at Washoku – this place is a total gem! Hands down the best sushi in Ireland, and we’ve tried every spot. The quality is unbeatable – the salmon is incredibly fresh, and every roll is beautifully made, evenly cut, and generously filled with meat and fish. The chef must definitely have years of experience - you can tell they take real pride in their presentation and ingredients.
The atmosphere is cozy and authentic, and it really feels like a hidden treasure. A huge shoutout to Rita, who was so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely lovely – she made our experience even better. The service was flawless from start to finish.
If you love Asian cuisine or just want a meal that feels special, Washoku is a must. We’ll definitely be back very very soon.

The girls there were very sweet to celebrate a birthday with us and offered a complimentary cheesecake that was so delicious.
The food was superb too, good taste and portion sizes for the price. I will visit this place whenever I visit Limerick again and I hope I meet the same staff then :)
